Available Positions:
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Handle all the company’s legal secretarial and administrative works
    • Draft and proofread correspondences and legal documents (such as letters of appointment and contracts)
    • Process server tasks
    • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
    • Legal conveyancing experience (compulsory)
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Possess at least a Diploma in any related field
    • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity
    • Para-legals with many years of conveyancing experience are welcomed to apply
    • Willing to travel
    • Hardworking, honest, positive attitude and committed to work
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Meticulous and have an eye for details
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu

    Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

  2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for the market research, analysis and to develop the sales strategies
    • Plan, setup and manage the overall sales goals and strategies for company with the objective of achieving the sales target for the organization
    • Sourcing of new prospects and to follow-up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales target are achieved
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in marketing of real estate properties and/Banking sector
    • Strong Verbal and written communication skills

    Salary: Salary + Incentive up to RM15,000.00 per month

  3. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Creative skills capable to design impressive layout for existing and new websites
    • Study and implement ready templates
    • Able to design/illustrate and come up with creative design, artwork and contents as required for our sales, marketing and branding purposes
    • Web maintenance and enhancement of existing websites.
    • Responsible for conceptualize, artwork design, layout and be creative in implementing new mockups, websites and web development projects
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Degree/Diploma in IT / Web Designs or equivalent.
    • Good Skills in Graphic Software: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
    • Basic programming language skills: PHP, MYSQL, HTML5/CSS, JSON, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJS
    • Experience with Laravel PHP Framework will be added advantage
    • Minimum 2 years of related experience

  4. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
    • Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
    • Learn details about our product and service offerings
    • Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
    • Identify and research potential clients
    • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, higher will be advantaged
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Customer Service/ Telecommunications industries
    • Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work
    • Computer Data Entry Knowledge
    • Able to multi-task & willing to learn
    • Able for Daily Task Complete
    • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Preferably)
