Terms & Conditions:
- Only registered bidders who attend the auction carnival in person and are declared successful bidders by the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer, (“Successful Bidder”) are eligible to claim either an Exclusive Prize or a Lucky Draw Prize.
- The eligibility criteria apply exclusively to property lots being auctioned at the carnival.
- Five (5) Exclusive Prizes will be awarded, corresponding to the top five (5) highest property values at the fall of the hammer.
- Lucky Draw Prizes will be distributed through a lucky draw which will be conducted prior to the conclusion of the auction carnival.
- Winners must be the individual whose name appears in the auction contract and must present themselves in person to claim the prize. Third party collection or authorised pickup by others is not permitted.
- Each Successful Bidder is eligible to win only one (1) prize. If a Successful Bidder has already won an Exclusive Prize, they are not eligible for a Lucky Draw Prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded on an “as is where is” basis.
- Ng Chan Mau & Co. Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the lucky draw or adjust the terms and conditions herein without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Ng Chan Mau & Co. Sdn. Bhd.’s decisions are final and binding.
- By participating in bidding at the auction carnival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
