Terms & Conditions:

The eligibility criteria apply exclusively to property lots being auctioned at the carnival.
Exclusive Prizes will be awarded corresponding to the highest property values at the fall of the hammer.
Winners must be the individual whose name appears in the auction contract and must present themselves in person to claim the prize. Third party collection or authorised pickup by others is not permitted.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded on an “as is where is” basis.
Ng Chan Mau & Co. Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the prize award mechanism or adjust the terms and conditions herein without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Ng Chan Mau & Co. Sdn. Bhd.’s decisions are final and binding.
By participating in bidding at the carnival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
3 Days 2 Nights stay at Tanjong Jara Resort. Redemption is subject to the resort's terms and conditions. The prize must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2026. Any prize not redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited. No extension, replacement, or cash alternative will be provided.
The 2D1N 5-star hotel staycation prize is issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Indulge Malaysia Digital Membership, including applicable usage and redemption policies.

Terms & Conditions for Entry Gifts:

Open to all individuals who have successfully registered as bidders. This includes both onsite and online registrations. Additionally, the registered bidders shall be required to attend the auction carnival in person.
Each registered bidder is entitled to receive one (1) Entry Gift only, regardless of the number of lots registered for. The Entry Gifts are available on a “first-come first-served” basis and are subject to availability.
