The Bonus Credit Campaign applies only to vehicles from Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad offered under the Car Auction Carnival July 2026 (“Eligible Vehicles”), organised by Ng Chan Mau & Co. Sdn. Bhd. (“NCM Co”), to be held on 29 July 2026 (“Carnival Date”). Each Eligible Vehicle must have a purchase price of above RM5,000.00.
“Registered User/Bidder Account Holder” means the individual or entity registered as the holder of a user account on NCM Co’s online auction platform at www.ngchanmau.com (“User Account”), through which bids are submitted and purchases of Eligible Vehicles are made.
The amount of Bonus Credit awarded shall be based on the total number of Eligible Vehicles purchased through the User Account on the Carnival Date, in accordance with the Bonus Credit entitlement table above. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum Bonus Credit awarded under the Bonus Credit Campaign is RM1,200 Bonus Credits per User Account regardless of the name or entity stated as the purchaser in any Certificate of Sale, invoice or other purchase documentation issued by NCM Co.
The Bonus Credit will be credited to the User Account within fourteen (14) days after the Carnival Date, subject to verification and confirmation of the Registered User/Bidder Account Holder’s eligibility and qualifying purchases of Eligible Vehicles.
The Bonus Credit may only be utilised after it has been successfully credited to the User Account and is valid until 31 October 2026. Any unused Bonus Credit after this date shall automatically expire.
The Bonus Credit is redeemable only by the Registered User/Bidder Account Holder against the Buyer's Premium payable for the purchase of a vehicle at any public car auction organised by NCM Co, on or before 31 October 2026. It cannot be applied towards the purchase price of the vehicle (including any deposit or part payment thereof) or any other charges.
The Bonus Credit is not exchangeable for cash, refundable, transferable, assignable or usable by any person other than the Registered User/Bidder Account Holder or redeemable for any other products or services offered by NCM Co.
NCM Co reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the Bonus Credit Campaign at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of NCM Co shall be final and binding.
By registering for and/or using the User Account and/or by submitting any bid for any Eligible Vehicle, the Registered User/Bidder Account Holder shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
